Horse camp was amazing! Marcia made sure she had age-appropriate activities for those that participated with ages ranging from 3-17 years old. All these kids needed was a reminder that camp was a privilege and their negative behaviors turned around almost immediately. I'm constantly asked when camp is starting up again. This camp has been beneficial in so many ways. These children learn about horses and other animals, but most importantly they are learning about themselves. Marcia was able to use her educational background, experience with children and her vast knowledge and understanding of human behavior to put even the most aggressive of children at ease. There is such a comfortability with Marcia, her staff, and the surroundings that make these children want to be there. Nothing can make up for the trauma these children have endured, but this was a great place to start. They made memories that they will cherish for a lifetime and no one can take that away.

Both of my girls had such wonderful experiences at the horse camps they attended. The people were warm, welcoming, and patient in teaching them about all of the responsibilities of having horses. The highlights of their experience were walking the horses and brushing and caring for them. The girls were so happy to have many hands-on opportunities to feel comfortable with each activity. I highly recommend the camps for any animal loving kids!

Both my daughters thoroughly loved the experience that Marcia gave them. There is nothing better than hands-on learning... experiencing the daily responsibilities, caregiving, and fun that can be had on a hobby farm. Very thankful for Marcia’s patience, love, and kindness to both the children attending and the animals she has. We would highly recommend, my girls still tell fun stories from their experience
